Programs - PERSONALITY DIMENSIONS SERIES

Personality Dimensions® is based on leading-edge research into human motivation and behavior and helps to explain what motivates behavior in people with different personalities or temperaments.

A dynamic tool, Personality Dimensions® supports temperament theory and provides an easily understood methodology for building self-awareness, self-esteem and effective communication/ team strategies based on four colours or temperaments.

This series of workshops are presented in an informative, highly interactive, fun and self-discovery format. Your team will foster and deepen their understanding of self and others; develop the ability to communicate with and understand individuals thereby improving team interpersonal relationships.

All classes are taught by a licensed and experienced Facilitator and include the following modules to choose from:

  • Team Building, focusing on
    • Identifying individual personality styles
    • Appreciating team-mates' needs and preferences
    • Clarifying contributions each colour brings to a team
  • Life-Work Balance, focusing on
    • Identifying how each of the four learning styles perceive balance
    • Learning strategies and techniques to ensure a level of balance that is personally "just right"
    • Recognizing different ways people act and react when they are struggling to find balance in their lives
  • Leadership Development, focusing on
    • Identifying individual leadership styles
    • Recognizing that one leadership style doesn't fit all
    • Learning to lead individuals with diverse styles and preferences
  • Career Building, focusing on
    • Individual personality styles
    • Identifying potential careers that fit individual profiles
    • Clarifying work-related motivators
    • Identifying essential elements of preferred work environments
  • Sales, Marketing & Customer Service, focusing on
    • Identifying individual selling / buying preferences
    • Understanding the perceptions of individuals with different styles
    • Creating marketing campaigns that capture the interest of Diverse groups
