THE 120 MINUTES TO A LEADERS MINDSET series

A total of eight 2-hour quick hit modularized workshops best delivered over a number of consecutive months or can be taken as stand alone courses. Motivational, easy to learn, interactive, and leading edge, The 120 minute leadership program is a perfect refresher or foundation for all managers involved in today's business world.

LEADING WITH YOURSELF

This five-lesson program series is most effective if run over a course of five months. Monthly workshops are four hours in length, experimental, highly interactive and are kicked off with an optional 360-feedback process. Participants are placed into mini teams to complete 'just in time' Action Learning Projects and present their discoveries to senior management.

Participants are expected to complete pre-work before each session, attend on-site training, and practice 'real time' homework to apply the learning from each workshop. Each session is customized to the meet your organizational needs and tackle the challenges in your business.
