Creating safe, healthy & vibrant workplaces

Kindness to Colleagues is a proactive initiative dedicated to the enhancement and well-being of employees throughout your organization. This program works to increase the health of the organization itself. This unique approach to creating a respectful workplace provides a step-by-step guide for introducing the concept of kindness based Business.

Based on three primary themes that are supported by 12 character building traits. It addresses the increasing and often hidden toxicity in the workplace and provides a foundation for the integration of a broad range of organizational initiatives. A kindness campaign can be implemented as stand-alone morale building initiative, inserted into a corporate wellness program or aligned with the organizational culture through a series of additional support programs.

These three themes effectively encompass existing corporate programs for supporting employee development and can be implemented from a very basic to an advanced level.

We offer consulting support, keynote speakers and seminars to assist you in creating safe, healthy and vibrant workplaces. Sample programs include:

1. From the Playground to the Boardroom, taking a stand: Design to raise awareness of the increasing toxicity that leads to the potential of bullying and a disrespectful work environment.

2. The Business of Kindness: Embracing connection & compassion in the workplace: Participants are taken on an introspective journey into the 12 character building traits that support strong foundations for kindness as a value in the workplace. Learn ways to develop the competency of courage to take action and make a difference within your self, with colleagues and the community. Focus will be on the accountability and responsibility of 'everyone as a leader 'regardless of position.

3. Addressing workplace safety: Take a proactive approach to Occupational Health & Safety including preventing workplace violence. Whether you meet or want to exceed the WCB regulations we can support you to create a healthier and safer workplace environment using many creative initiatives.
